Kozino

Kozino is small town near Zadar located on the Zadar - Nin road. Surrounded with lush Mediterranean pine tree woods. Kozino is a definite tourist target with many private villas, homes and apartments buildings. Atmosphere in Kozino is friendly and relaxed.
Zadar, Nin and other neighboring towns are rich in historic sites and interesting events. Although situated on busy route Kozino is withdrawn from the road and present rear chance for tranquility and restful vacation.

House

Apartments Klarica are situated on nice, quiet and private location. Although surrounded with other houses in Kozino there are none in eminent vicinity. House is divided in three apartments with loggias. Front side of the property is simple and lovely Mediterranean grass and olive trees. Beach in the front is wide, neat and completely private. Small stairs take you to the directly into refreshing and clean sea water. Private berth is also available for boat owners. Big grill near the terrace is to be used at guest convenience. Apartment 1

Apartment one is on the lower level. It's big terrace is oriented toward the beach and offers view to the sea and island Ugljan.
Apartment has two bedrooms each for two persons, air-conditioned living room with TV set with satellite programs, fully furnished kitchen with dishes and utensils for preparing and serving food for up to 7 people and bathroom with shower.
Maximum capacity of apartment one is 7 persons.

Apartment 2

Apartment two is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms, air-conditioned living room with TV set with satellite programs, fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Apartment is same like on the ground floor only difference is deep loggia instead of terrace downstairs. Nice view and sea breeze comes with higher elevation.
Full capacity of apartment two is five people.

Apartment 3

Apartment three is on the first floor, next to the apartment two. It is a smaller space with fool capacity of four people.
This one bedroom apartment is in the mint condition. Kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with utensils and dishes for preparing and serving food for up to 4 people, loggia is big and pleasant with beautiful sea view. Air-conditioned living room has TV set with satellite programs. Apartment is spacious and functional.
